Hi, I’m Maria — Yoga Teacher, World Traveler, and Heart-Led Guide

Originally from Argentina,  I bring warmth, wisdom, and a global perspective to every class I teach.

I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2022 and am currently deepening my practice with a 300-hour training. But beyond the credentials, yoga is my way of life—not just a practice on the mat. My classes are thoughtful, empowering, and rooted in the belief that movement helps us reconnect with ourselves and each other.

I’m a proud mama of three strong and beautiful daughters. That loving energy is woven into everything I do. I focus strongly on alignment and body awareness, helping you move safely, feel stronger, and build confidence—on and off the mat.

Whether you’re joining me from the U.S., Argentina, Paris, or anywhere in the world, my mission is simple: to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
