🌿 What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old wellness system that’s stood the test of time.
And no — it’s not about going vegan, drinking turmeric lattes, or becoming a monk in the mountains.
It’s about understanding your unique mind-body type (your dosha) and using that awareness to make simple, powerful changes in how you eat, move, rest, and live.
🌿 What’s a Dosha?
Think of it as your body’s internal blueprint.
Your dosha explains:
- Why certain foods energize you while others don’t
- Why you thrive with routine — or crave variety
- Why what works for someone else… doesn’t always work for you
There are three primary doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and most people are a blend of two.
When your dosha is out of balance, you feel it:
- Fatigue
- Bloating
- Cravings
- Brain fog
- Stress
- Sleep issues
The goal isn’t to “fix” you.
It’s to bring you back into balance — so your body starts working with you again.
