Meet Your Teachers

Vinyasa Flow with Paula

Paula ~ Solera Yoga TeacherA steady, breath-led practice designed with the mature adult in mind. This class blends gentle Hatha and flowing Vinyasa movements to build strength, support flexibility, and improve balance. With mindful breathwork and accessible poses, you’ll release tension, calm the mind, and ease anxiety. Open to all levels, regardless of your current stage in practice.

Vinyasa Flow with Sara

SaraA breath-led flow that strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and supports balance at every stage of life. Through smooth, steady sequences, you’ll release tension, awaken energy, and quiet the mind. Each class offers a mindful blend of movement and stillness, leaving you centered, energized, and at ease.

Yin/Yang with Vicki

Vicki VIn my Yin/Yang classes, we begin with slow, mindful movement to gently awaken the body, build heat, and center the mind. Then we shift into long, supported holds designed to open the fascia, release stored tension, and allow muscles and tendons to truly relax in a state of ease.

Every class is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s intelligence. I focus on protecting the back and joints, encouraging intuitive movement, and holding space for healing—not hustle. My students are invited to listen inward, move with presence, and honor what their body needs moment by moment.
