Our Story
Meet Our Founder
Hey there! I’m Victoria, the visionary behind Om Reset®. As the Founder and CEO, my mission is to revolutionize how people connect with meditation and yoga classes. Our groundbreaking concept brings these transformative practices to your fingertips through our convenient app.
With just a few clicks, you can experience a new way of practicing yoga and meditation anywhere, anytime. Our website connects you with live sessions worldwide, allowing you to experience these practices’ incredible benefits without ever leaving home or work.
Health and wellness have always been my driving passion, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to explore this field while traveling and living in different corners of the world. Before this exciting journey, I held various roles, including Senior Accountant and CFO. But here’s a fun fact: I even worked for the circus!
However, a back injury truly opened my eyes to yoga’s transformative wonders. I discovered these ancient practices’ countless physical, mental, and emotional benefits throughout my journey. This led me to complete a Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program, and now, with Om Reset®, my ultimate mission is to make yoga and meditation accessible to people worldwide.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form practiced while seated on a chair or using a chair for support. It is perfect for those with mobility issues or limited flexibility, providing a way to experience the benefits of yoga in a modified way. Chair yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
Core Strength Vinyasa
core strength vinyasa class is a dynamic and challenging yoga practice that targets the muscles of the core, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. Through a series of flowing movements and poses, practitioners engage their core muscles to build strength, stability, and balance. This type of class often includes variations of traditional yoga poses to intensify the core workout and enhance overall physical fitness.
Face Yoga
Face yoga is a natural practice that involves facial exercises and massage techniques to improve muscle tone and appearance. By targeting specific facial muscles, face yoga aims to reduce wrinkles, tighten sagging skin, and promote a more youthful look. Regular practice of face yoga can help to rejuvenate the skin, enhance facial contours, and create a radiant glow from within.
Roots to Raise Vinyasa Flow
Roots to Raise Vinyasa Flow is a unique yoga class that combines grounding asanas with uplifting sequences to connect with the earth and elevate the spirit. This practice builds a strong foundation through rooted poses while encouraging growth and expansion through dynamic flows. Participants can expect to feel grounded, energized, and inspired as they flow through movements that honor both their roots and their aspirations.
Wall Yoga
Wall yoga involves using a wall as a prop to support and enhance yoga poses. It helps practitioners achieve better alignment, deepen stretches, and build strength. The wall provides stability, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis to explore new variations and improve balance. Wall yoga can also assist in inversions and help maintain proper posture, offering a unique way to experience the benefits of traditional yoga poses.
Moon Vinyasa Yoga
A moon vinyasa yoga class is a gentle and meditative practice that focuses on soothing and calming the body and mind. It aims to cultivate inner peace and reflection by following through sequences with slow, deliberate movements. Moon vinyasa yoga classes often incorporate breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to promote a sense of tranquility and mindfulness.
Yin Flow
A modern-day flow with lineage-inspired teachings. This class starts with slow-flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses, passive stretches held for minutes at a time, prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. Meditation or Yoga Nidra, the stillness practice that connects us to the true essence of Yoga, finishes this complete practice.
Slow Flow Reset
Vinyasa but slow and steady. Take more time to breathe in the poses and work to slowly open up the body. This class is gentle, yet provides a bit more movement than your typical gentle flow class. Perfect for days where you’re feeling sleepy, overworked, or just need some soft movement. Appropriate for all levels and all bodys.
Roots & Wings Reset
The Roots to Wings Reset class is a rejuvenating experience that combines yoga, meditation, and self-reflection to help individuals reconnect with themselves, release stress, and gain clarity for personal growth and transformation.
Hatha Yoga Flow
A Hatha yoga flow class combines the traditional elements of Hatha yoga with a fluid sequence of asanas (postures) coordinated with the breath. This class typically focuses on alignment, strength.

Hatha Flow
A gentle class, focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of everyone.
