Before every class, there is open time to connect with your instructor, ask about modifications, mention injuries, or simply introduce yourself. After class, your instructor stays on to answer questions and check in. This is a standard part of every Om Reset class — not an add-on.

Never. Camera-off participation is always welcome at Om Reset. You can follow along, get the full benefit of a live class, and still feel part of the community — without ever turning your camera on. This is a permanent policy, not a temporary option.

No. A yoga mat is helpful but not required for all classes. All you need is your device and enough space to move comfortably.

The Video Library is Om Reset's on-demand collection of recorded classes. Every live class we run is recorded and uploaded to the Video Library, giving members the flexibility to practice on their own schedule whenever they need it.
