Soberish
Drink less. Drink differently. Get curious.
A 4-week guided exploration of your relationship with alcohol.
About the Course
A 4-week exploration of drinking less, drinking differently, and getting curious about your relationship with alcohol.
Soberish isn’t about giving up drinking.
It’s about becoming more intentional about it.
Maybe you’ve noticed that drinking has become more automatic than conscious. A glass of wine to unwind. Drinks because everyone else is having one. Another round because… well, that’s what we do.
And maybe you’re not interested in getting sober. You don’t necessarily think you have a “problem.” You just want to explore what it might feel like to drink less, make different choices, and pay more attention to what actually feels good for you.
That’s what Soberish is about.
Over four weeks, Juliana will guide you through a supportive, judgment-free exploration of your relationship with alcohol – without labels, shame, rigid rules, or pressure to swear off drinking forever.
You’ll have space to notice your patterns, understand what drives your choices, experiment with new ways of navigating social situations and everyday rituals, and discover what mindful drinking can look like in your actual life.
You might decide to drink less.
You might take a break.
You might change when, why, or how you drink.
You might simply become much more conscious about the choices you’re making.
And if you find that alcohol doesn’t fit in your life anymore, that’s ok too. It’s about you exploring what alcohol means to you.
There is no “right” outcome here.
Soberish is about moving away from autopilot and toward choice.
Because this doesn’t have to be a conversation about “Do I drink or don’t I?”
There’s a whole lot of life between sober and not sober.
Come explore the ish.

What Previous Participants Say
★★★★★
“I can’t believe how much my life has shifted since I took your program. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was deep in the denial and delusion phases of co-dependency with my husband who was an alcoholic. I was using wine every night as a way to continue to stay in denial. I was letting my own health and sanity slip away because I didn’t want to have to face the fact that I’d married an alcoholic again.
Even though everyone’s story was different, I learned that I wasn’t alone. I am forever grateful for you and the Soberish program you have put together”
